Returns

Right of Withdrawal
It may occasionally happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking, or there may be another reason why you would prefer not to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@healthydog.be.

Exception for Hygiene and Food Safety
Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or food safety, such as opened or tampered packaging of pet food, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refund
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returned.

Only the costs for the return shipment from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
