Terms of Service – Healthy Dog & Healthy Cat

1. General
These terms of service apply to all orders placed via the Healthy Dog & Healthy Cat webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Products
We sell dog and cat food and snacks under the brands Healthy Dog and Healthy Cat. All product descriptions, prices, and minimum order quantities are clearly stated on the website.

3. Minimum order amount
A minimum order amount or minimum purchase quantity applies to certain items. This is displayed per product on the website. Orders will only be processed once this minimum has been met.

4. Ordering & order confirmation

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 via the webshop.
  • Once the order is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • The order is final after the payment has been successfully completed.

5. Shipping & delivery times

  • Orders placed and paid for on business days before 4:00 PM are normally shipped the same business day.
  • We ship as standard within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is possible to selected other European countries. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Indicative delivery times may vary by country and carrier.
  • The current shipping costs and any free shipping thresholds can always be found in the shipping policy on our website.
  • Healthy Dog & Healthy Cat is not liable for delays caused by transport services, customs, or other external factors.

6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on:

  • the country of destination,
  • the weight/volume of the order,
  • any additional services (such as track & trace or insured shipping).

7. Returns
Food can only be returned in the original, closed packaging.

Conditions for return:

  • The customer reports a return within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unopened, undamaged, and resalable.
  • Packaging must be fully intact.
  • Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.

After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Non-returnable:

  • opened or damaged packaging,
  • products specially composed upon request (if applicable).

8. Cancellation
An order can only be canceled as long as it has not yet been shipped.
After shipping, the customer must use the return process.

9. Warranty & quality
The legal warranty applies to all products. In case of quality problems or defects not attributable to the customer, the customer must contact us within 7 days. We will then seek an appropriate solution.

10. Liability
Healthy Dog & Healthy Cat is not liable for:

  • damage caused by incorrect use of products,
  • health reactions in pets due to the incorrect application of nutritional guidelines (the customer remains responsible for correct nutritional application),
  • delays or errors caused by third parties (e.g., carriers).

11. Complaint procedure
Complaints can be submitted via the contact form on the website or via email.
We aim to respond within 48 hours and always seek an appropriate solution.

12. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our privacy statement, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.

13. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, logos, and content on the webshop are the property of Healthy Dog & Healthy Cat and may not be copied or used without written permission.

14. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website.
